What Is the UN Global Compact, and Why Is It Important to Us?

The UN Global Compact is a global commitment platform that encourages businesses to align their operations and strategies with its Ten Principles in the areas of human rights, labour standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption.

By joining this global initiative, Sersim:

  • Global Standards of Governance: Aligning our business processes fully with internationally recognized universal principles,
  • Environmental Responsibility: Deepening our production model focused on energy efficiency, carbon footprint reduction, and the circular economy,
  • Valuing People and Labour: Upholding the principles of fair working conditions, diversity, inclusion, and respect for human rights throughout every link of our supply chain,
  • Transparent Reporting: We commit to sharing our sustainability performance with all our stakeholders in a transparent and accountable manner through our Communication on Progress (CoP) reports.
