As Sersim Group, guided by our values, we proudly represent our country worldwide with the products we produce, achieving successful outcomes through our strong, innovative, sustainable, and design-oriented production approach.

Since embarking on our journey in home appliance manufacturing and sales in Kayseri in 1977, we have become a company that exports to over 150 countries. During this time, we closely examined the culinary cultures of different regions, developing products suited to those cultures and habits, thus becoming guests at people’s tables. Meeting the diverse needs across these various regions has certainly not been easy. This is precisely why we have pioneered numerous innovations and differences in production and product development. Today, we are among Türkiye's top 500 industrial enterprises and one of the top 10 companies in terms of utility model registrations. We are a large family of over 2,000 employees, producing and selling cooking appliances, household cooling appliances, and commercial cooling appliances under both our own brands and as an OEM for more than 1,200 customers.

To ensure sustainability in production and employment, we continue our activities and investments without deviating from our long-term goals. In this direction, we introduced our new brands, USTO and TECNA, to our consumers in 2023. With our new brands, in addition to our exports, we are starting domestic market sales, enhancing the value we bring to our country. Our brands will understand consumer needs and provide solutions that go beyond the expected benefits of products, becoming pioneering and leading brands in our country’s white goods sector.
